This is one copy of our Osric Outhouse set given a tabletop-standard paintjob, and as such ready to be plonked on the table immediately! 

There are two sets of this terrain available, so you may recieve that differs very slightly, but they were both painted in the same sitting so the differences are very minimal. They were also painted in the same sitting as our painted Battle at the Farm set, so they will mix perfectly too!
